CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge to your saved card of 50% of original cost of services. 
Cancellations within 4 hours of your appointment and no shows will result in a charge to your saved card of 100% of the original cost of services.

RUNNING LATE OR NO SHOWS

We completely understand that things happen and sometimes our clients are running late to their appointment. We have no problem with this as long as you give us a call or send us a text to let us know what time you will be there. Please remember that you will receive the remainder of your originally scheduled appointment and no time will be added as there may be clients booked after your session
If it is 10min or more past your appointment start time and you have not reached out to let us know you will be late, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the late cancellation fee of 100% of original cost of services. 

BOOKING RESTRICTIONS 

No clients under the age of 16 may book a massage session. 16 and 17 year olds must have a parent or guardian present to sign their intake form.
